i am unsure as to whom froze it originally, however prior history has shown that freezing comments that have received trolling or comments seen as trolling by others and no other commentary, constructive or otherwise, is a reasonably useful deterrent for further troll or troll like comments, especially if this has been occuring in a recent circumstance
